Save Cheyenne Fund

!CID__Pix022Our daughter Cheyenne was taken from us by California Child Protective Services after an examination where 3 of 4 doctors said she has symptoms of a rare bone disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI).

The fourth doctor suggested child abuse. Based on his opinion, Cheyenne was placed in foster care. Later we were told that she would be adopted out immediately, bypassing family unification services. We need everyone's help to get Cheyenne back with relatives and eventually with us. All donations will go toward our ongoing legal and medical fees.

After the judge removed Cheyenne from us and our family in California, members of our family in other states are now stepping in to pursue adoption. However, they must fly in for visitation to prove that they are truely interested. With gas prices at an alltime high, this is a costly proposition. We are doing what we can to help them defray some of the costs. Anything you can do financially would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Save Cheyenne Fund

At the moment, gifts are not tax-deductible, but we’re working on it. It’s expensive to get IRS non-profit status. As much as we would like to offer that benefit to our donors, it just isn't possible at this time.

A gift of any size would be greatly appreciated.
